      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly. Lots of off days. Good Benefits. A lot of Overtime opportunities. You come in and do work and are not expected to take home projects.

      Cons

      It can be tough to use PTO. Its hard to move up in the company. The nature of the job burns you out.

      B&H is an incredible company -- family owned private company focused on serving our customers. This company was built on providing service, selection, and value that customers cannot find anywhere else, and this continues today. It is special to be part of this place, with tremendous opportunities to grow.
