I love working at B&H. Low pressure and great benefits and pay. B&H is an honest company that looks out for its customers and has great relationships with their vendors. It makes you feel good working for such a company.

Cons

Management doesn't reward workers based on merit as much as they should. In fact, you can get a promotion with a job that's a lot more difficult and with more responsibilities, but your pay or you raise will be the same.
