Decent pay, great benefits, great coworkers

No care for employee needs, negotiated for days off even though I had the hours, micromanage, forced vacation during Jewish holiday

The money. The pay is great some of the highest you would see in that field of work. Saturday’s off and half day Fridays. Long Jewish holidays off (pro and con, if you want to take a vacation on a day that’s not a day the closed for Jewish beliefs good luck)

Cons

Management is horrible. They aren’t accommodating (even for kids or if your sick), they hate when you take time off, the management depending on your department will make you hate your life. And working there. There only one scheduled for everyone (pro and con) 9pm-7pm. No overtime (pro and con). Favoritism for Jewish employees. If your not Jewish good luck. Overall unless your pressed for money and don’t mind selling your soul. RUN!
