Flexibility in available positions from low level to high. Great health insurance for families big or small.

Cons

Old school mentality with regards to how things should be accomplished. Slow to change even when it is clearly the right decision.

health benefits werent terrible - job beneftis werent the best but there were some discounts...especially if you wear wigs

Cons

everything. I was miserable - not Jewish so working in their corporate office around Hasidic Orthodox men was rough. Was treated terribly and job was changed about 6 times in 6 months - definitely paid less than other men too I found out later
