good family values, if you have a family that is, you will be treated well when it comes to taking time off to tend to family needs. good amount of time off per year for everyone. they truly built a special business from a small camera shop, to now being a mega corporation, The Brand is strong, and has a cult following.
Cons
ultra conservative values will soon prove to get in t he way of operations, it has already started, but they are hanging on to those principles for dear life, even if it means loosing some of their most valuable employees. point blank, they won't even let their outbound and road marketing people work hybrid, let alone full time remote work. the company is now very shorthanded, which in turn has added more work to everyones plate from the top down.
