Handful of awesome employees and coworkers that tend to share the same sentiments as you make the day better. My particular manager is awesome and I never feel pressure from them.

Cons

No work from home at all. Everything is on-site and there is very little leeway for life adjustments. The company takes a lot religious holidays but there are days they do not pay for, so you must use your PTO to cover those days off and they do not like it when you take off for unpaid time. They tend to remove bonuses and other benefits once gained.

Good pay, decent benefits and time off when you can actually use it

Cons

I've never felt more disrespected as an employee before. Horrible work conditions, unsafe people being handed forklift certs. Being forced to use time off during times where the company is closed but given just enough pto to cover that and maybe a day or two outside, so never able to really use it for a vacation you'd like to plan.
