- Good group of people to work with - B&H store discount - Benefits were fair - Pay is decent - Hours in the office were fair - Vacation days were great

Cons

- Management doesn't offer any direction. Things are always changing but there is no underlying vision. Often it seemed like decisions were made haphazardly and there were conflicting ideas. - The actual offices and work areas were dirty - Not a lot of room for growth or advancement

Pros

B&H is a great place to work. It taught me a lot. They have an awesome training program. FULL TIME so 42hrs a week (which can also be a con) And the vacation times are awesome !!!

Cons

Staff isn't as good though. At times it feels like it lacks culture, diversity. If you are pursuing a dream of any sort, B&H is not the place for you. It is extremely time consuming and will just become a huge weight. It feels like there is not time for anything but work.

Understands family commitments Stands by you in times of personal crisis Appreciates your loyalty Appreciates and rewards your hard work Office is 5 mins from port authority, and train stations are around the block

Cons

Commuting into the city can be a challenge, wish they had branches around the NY area (on the other side of the linken tunnel!)
