Nonprofit with great potential

Pros

Supportive environment and no toxicity 100% remote work The growth potential of the organization Descent benefit package High-impact mission-driven work

Cons

The pay is average compared to other nonprofits but substantially lower than other corporate jobs Growth pain as the organization grows its staff size and the number of B corps. The org also has typical issues that a lot of nonprofits have - scarce budget, low pay, burnout and turnover, understaffing, and ambiguity in roles and responsibilities.
