      Friendly co-workers, which makes the work fun. outdoor lake is great to go to for lunch or just to get away from that office cubicles. flexible hours if you are on top of your work

      poor management no decision making masking problems instead of getting to the root cause no one to turn to when there is a problem. Management doesn't agree with each other. Everyone has their own agenda
