Cons
-Lack of clearly defined goals and actual job requirements, no onboarding. No opportunities for further career development. -Lack of communication between managers across teams at headquarter level and between local affiliates. -Micromanagement of individual tasks, no possibility of applying an individual approach to problem-solving. -Job requirements vs. actual responsibilities, which are significantly below the professional qualifications required for the position. -No corporate cards, employees are often required to cover the cost of business lunches/team events/travel expenses, with reimbursement and bureaucracy issues that can take months…
