      Pros

      You feel like you are backed by a very big/supportive company. There are plenty of perks/benefits that become something you get very accustomed to like NRT/VAC car and the technology and tools they provide. It is a great place to develop and sharpen leadership skills

      Cons

      The fast paced and highly demanding work environment can bear on those who do not like that kind of thing. You will have to be built through the fire to thrive, but that is life. Once you get your footing you can thrive if you have the positive attitude

      Pros

      Fast-pace environment, always meeting new people, most of the staff is friendly and helpful, management always has our back, I feel valued in the work place.

      Cons

      CSR lead positions are filled by those who aren't trained for all work stations while the combo csr's who are trained for all stations are over-worked and severely underpaid.
