Commission structure is very manageable and achievable. Well managed.

Cons

Retail Hours and most locations are open 24/7. Seniority based sales job? This is unfair... Top performers should be treated better. Shift bids are based on 100% seniority, it should be split and fair.

Cons

Unfair treatment towards gender and age. They hire very young, with no experience and pay them very little. Salary increases are very minimal, even for managers that have been there a while. Reviews are very one sided, with no change of alterations to senior management review decisions.
