Pros

A great learning experience , always challenging and moving at a fast pace, working in this industry is addictive. There are lot of challenging opportunities that can make you grow professionally

Cons

Post merger culture is still confusing and strong differences in managment styles dependening on which area you work, sometimes too much politics , focus needs to be improved

Pros

Being part of a great industry with an airline that is a region leader is great, plus the travel benefits and the growth opportunities

Cons

The company is still working it out after the merge with Taca Airlines, there is still some kind of rivalry between the employees of both companies.

Growing company with high level of investment in technology and equipment. Direct access to VP and company strategies. Marketing dep. is small, a lot possibilities to handle many jobs thought the day.

Cons

Family administration, confusing process, no career plans. Founder high influence in day by day decisions. And when it comes about the brand in Brazil: its a brazilian company using a colombian brand.
