Multi Latin company, with continuous growth, and its inherent challenges, giving the opportunity to show management and leadership capabilities and skills. If you like airlines, this is a good company to be.

Cons

Sometimes decision making can be bureaucratic, implementation times often take longer than expected, and top management is not always aligned to one single and unified goal.

Current starting salary is about $14.5, but overtime there are minimum salary increases. After 5 years I´m currently making a little bit over $17 an hour. Currently there is a lot of overtime in Export department.

Cons

The schedule is morning, afternoon and midnight, weekends, holidays.
