      Pros

      The annual tickets to travel, we work in team, supporting each other every day. The company teach us how to do a great team living the values of the company, and recognizing our effort

      Cons

      To keep updated the maintenance program of the aircrafts, the parts are unavailable some times for the tasks and this make more difficult to accomplish the work

      Pros

      Learning, nice working atmosphere, great work experience, you get unlimited ID airplane tickets all around the world, positive company reputation. They also give you a small health inssurance benefit.

      Cons

      Low salaries basically. Some unestability because they decide to fire people all of a sudden, burocracy is high.
