Very interactive, rotate in diferrent positions. Everyday is different. Employee standy tickets.

Cons

Schedules , lots of irregular operations. Cancelled flights delays etc. Depends on the airport station you work.

Management and company don't support the staff if there is a problem with a customer, even when is his/her fault. Flight schedule planners are quite disorganized and sometimes incompetent. Career development is not based on competences...

Good experience in the industry. The people that works in the company and depends of the division are open to teach you.

Cons

So much bureaucracy. The company is not worried for the people wellness. They don't have an internal program to help the people to growth up. The company doesn't care the good talents because they consider there is more people on the street waiting for that job. The management does not show to the executive levels the work of the team just the results by themselves to get their own benefits.
