Middle management focused on people having the right tools for a high performance job. Very well organized roles and clear management scopes between areas.

Cons

The company sometimes hire some C-level management that doesn´t have experience in aviation, resulting in terrible strategies and serious revenue and company growth impact.

Training is provided, good company culture, and I get free tranportation from certain areas. Flying standby has been a convenient experience.

Cons

Sallaries are not as high as the industry suggests. Currently getting over financial i ssues.
