      Pros

      Good teams and your day-to-day colleagues are considerate and good people to work with.

      Cons

      Higher management and HRs are least bothered about existing employees. Also, hikes have been a forgotten thing. Layoffs are quite frequent, be it experienced or freshers who are actually doing the work are let go, yet new hiring is done and existing employees have to keep up with the increasing work load while new hires enjoy higher salaries and a long training period.

      Learned below while working here. 1. We are a family and stand with you all the time, except. (During appraisals, during Chapter 11, during high work flow, during lay offs). 2. Your hard work is my profit, if you have a problem deal with it youself. 3. The killer one, Assurance. 4. Asking to keep a check on who all are working for office, that call came from home (Who called......). 5. Corporate world is the shameless world.
