      Pros

      -some flexibility -the ability to work remotely on occasion -generally some autonomy -good benefits

      Cons

      -quiet environment, coworkers do their own thing and keep to themselves -everyone seems fearful of losing their jobs so it creates stress and low moral -Too many processes that need to be followed in order to get things done, especially since it's difficult to change those processes to make them better

      Good opportunities for movement into other areas.

      there are a lot of internal politics. There seem to be way too many groups overlapping eachother all trying to do the same thing

      Liked working with many Engineers, but management sucks, lot of politics, job insecurity

      Work here only for paycheck keep ur resume active!

      Very challenging projects, lot of knowledge, many Engineers are very nice people, clean environments and toilets, work-life balance, work from home opportunities

      Cons

      No career. Job insecurity tremendous. Lot of unnecessary politics by management. No communication from upper levels. No clear direction. Confusion. Selfish unsure management. Constant management changes. Always keep resume active on career sites. Technology has too many bugs, and breaks. Plenty of frustration and anger. Customers are switching to Cisco, Genesys, Shoretel. Learn what you can and find another job.
