      Coming from a small company the benefits are much better. The people are helpful and knowledgeable and willing to help.

      Cons

      Sometimes you do not know who to ask about what, but people are willing to help you find your way.

      Avaya is a challenging and exciting place to work

      Pros

      The ability to work on cool projects and do some real research and development work. You get to see the software you work on and build actually help and improve customer's day to day communication inside and outside of their company. They are working hard to make it an enjoyable place to work. It is a very diverse company, so you get to work with people from all over the world.

      Cons

      Stability is always a bit in question working here. You never feel any real security that your job will be around in six months.
