I work with a couple great visionary engineers. They have breadth and depth of knowledge. They listen and are not out to take advantage of others to further their careers.

Cons

company politics seem to rule and promotes the squeaky wheels.

Avaya gives the chance to work with very capable and ambitious (in a good sense) people, while growing in the communications business working for top-notch clients.

Cons

Like in any big fast-growing company, there are gaps in responsibilities and processes that can be frustrating to some people.
