Pros

Autodesk is the best place to start your career as an intern. It s a very good learning experience. All the people in the office are very modest and encouraging. They provide every intern with great support, guidance and motivation. The most important objective in this company is learning. And then applying the knowledge. Its the perfect way to start a new career into the IT industry. I don’t think it could get any better than this..!

Cons

None. I dont think there can be any cons of working at Autodesk. The only thing that made me unhappy was the end of my internship term. :(

Pros

- Good work-life balance, work starts at 8:30 but people usually turns up at 9:00 or even 9:30 - Similiar can be said to the leaving hours. No OT are usually needed. - Good and friendly colleagues, not bureaucratic at all, no sucking up to boss etc.

Cons

- Quite slack culture, may not suite some people, especially for fresh graduates who are looking to learn about working life;. - Starting salary is high, but increment is quite low.

Pros

It's has a great environment where people are friendly and helpful with each other, and gives plenty of flexibility with options to work from home.

Cons

There really isn't a lot of career progression in my view, unless you're up to at least middle-senior management level.
