Pros

Overall good company. Hybrid work. Does not support full remote work. At least in India, which is desired by many employees. Work-life balance is messed up. You have to adjust. Lots of calls in the evening. If you can adjust, then that's good. But since most of the days we are working from home, it somewhat acceptable.

Cons

No remote work. If I have to attend evening or night calls or sometimes early morning calls, it's better to have remote work opportunities. Otherwise, we don't get time to spend with our families. At least there should be an option for remote work.

Pros

Good stock options and decent pay.

Cons

In my experience, the Montreal team fosters a culture of fear rather than collaboration. Decisions are often influenced by personal alliances rather than merit, and leadership structure lacks real managerial oversight. Workplace inclusivity is also a concern, especially for women, as the environment can feel unwelcoming and unsupportive.
