Pros

People clearly love working at Autodesk, this is seen through the number of years people stay (10-20+ years). Work life balance great, remote work is still allowed. Nice office space at SF financial district. Lots to learn from lots of people. I interned in a previous summer so return offers are given.

Cons

It’s not clear how to get promoted or enter managerial positions. Pay is slightly below FAANG companies, due to not much stock being given. Not sure what business strategy is for growth in the next 5, 10, 20 years.
