Very good working environment, interesting people and cool technology projects. I have a very good experience in this company. Was promoted quickly and got nice benifits.

Cons

Sometimes the time constraints limit the creativity and correct solutions switched by less good ones. I wish we had more time to do better job in developing state of the art applications.

Pros

Good work culture in terms of politeness. Flexi work hours. Good leave policy. Agile.

Cons

Management is not transparent. Business decisions are taken, and employees are reshuffled/moved out frequently. Managers tend to blame team members for failures, while taking credit for successes. Performance reviews are generally one-sided, with management reading out the final decision. Any argument or feedback goes unheard.

Pros

A great company to work for. It has very good benefits and work-life balance. The main business, CAD, is very dominating and essentially a cash cow. It has bought and continues to buy into many different industries.

Cons

It does not understand, nor does it care much, about what it bought. For example, We were in a simulation company bought by Autodesk a few years back. It not only successfully destroyed the business, but also laid off most of talented tech guys.
