I love Autodesk. We are moving in the right direction with a great vision and ambitious goals. Leadership also walks the talks when it comes to creating an environment that fosters work life balance. They do prioritize our well being while holding high expectations.

Cons

We are all in the midst of change, and change takes time. One has to be patient and find ways to honor lessons from the past while being ingenious with new approaches.
