Pros
Good work culture in terms of politeness. Flexi work hours. Good leave policy. Agile.
Cons
Management is not transparent. Business decisions are taken, and employees are reshuffled/moved out frequently. Managers tend to blame team members for failures, while taking credit for successes. Performance reviews are generally one-sided, with management reading out the final decision. Any argument or feedback goes unheard.
