I had the opportunity to work on meaningful software development projects that contributed to real products.

Cons

Since the team was relatively small and people work from home, it sometimes took longer to get feedback or help. However, everyone was approachable once available, so this was manageable overall.

Working environment is good. Unbalanced work life as it is common in India. Use all latest technology for productivity

Cons

Less hike. High variable components in salary as stock and they remove stocks completely any year which makes your overall salary half for that year. Do not join the company considering stock as part of salary at all.
