A lot of potential to learn.

Cons

Senior director treats people like resources. Moves around people and teams without any consideration. As result, nobody is making sure of long term quality, just focusing on getting current stuff barely done. There is this odd culture of celebrating wins when feature is 70% done, and then instead of finishing the feature, just going to the next feature.
