      Great company culture with generous benefits

      Pros

      Autodesk was a FANTASTIC company to work for --they treated employees with dignity and respect at every turn. T-Comp is generous and they provide many benefits that other companies don't (wellness $$$, sabbaticals after 4 yrs, etc.)

      Cons

      Due to international teams I was working evening 3-4 days a week; depends on the team and on the role, but ask about this as you interview. (evenings meant that I had mornings to myself! They do promote a balance for employees more than other places that I've worked)

      Great culture and team, depending on the team and leader! Sabbatical for AMER every 4 years is incredible.

      Cons

      Sabbatical should be available in other geos.
