Great team, innovative, opportunity for growth, international exposure, chance to learn about cutting edge tech that will change the world and have social impact.

Cons

There are very few professional-level women on staff which which in my opinion is a substantial weakness, and there doesn't seem to be much momentum to change this Practice.
