Environment throughout the company is very comfortable. Colleagues are all very friendly globally and willing to help each other. No discrimination, great work life balance as well as compensation and benefits..

Cons

there might be some guidelines or policies to follow that does not make work easier however without guidelines, it might be even more chaotic.

Pros

Smart and lovely people, very outgoing and welcoming to everyone who enters the office. Generous budgets, goes for both marketing and sales activities as for social staff gatherings. Very cosy and friendly office environment.

Cons

I would say that work/life balance suffers a bit at Autodesk. A lot of people worked late nights and weekends either just to keep up with all tasks and meetings or to climb the carreer ladder.
