Pros

Work life balance. Not sure about guys work in other project, but working time is quite flexible. Nice building and working condition. Medical insurance covers the whole family.

Cons

Promotion opportunity is limited. Desktop app is not hot in the market now. Some unqualified colleagues. It would be a disaster if happen to work with them. Not a good place for growth.

Decent work life balance most of the time Good benefits plus 6 week sabbatical for U.S. employees every 4 years Really like the new consumer products area Autodesk is getting into Casual work environment

Cons

Too many meetings about nothing Pay is mainly in the mid-range, although senior management is paid very well Individual contributors are not well compensated - you need to be a manager to have a decent salary Most mid-level managers manage their teams poorly - they need more training Non-revenue generating departments are extremely tight with their budgets and stretch their employees Annual employee survey doesn't show much results Carl Bass doesn't have company wide meetings
