stable & steady due to commanding market position in engineering design software industry channel gets most of the business relative to other companies in similar space, OK HR practices

Cons

Totally internalized perspective due to market share; very little customer focus or centricity Not exciting from a sales & marketing stand-point; management prefers slow & steady versus any disruptive opportunities Behaves like a giant ship, not agile Constant re-structuring; confused senior management with no idea of customer & employee issues ; happy in their silos drawing in the big bucks

A great place to work, i'm constantly impressed with the level of talent of the people I work with, smart, clever, easy to get along with and always at the top of their game.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like you can't change things from the bottom up, however it is very easy to go talk directly to senior management, to get your voice heard, so its rarely a problem.
