Pros

It is quite good if you are interested in CAD industry since it dominates the whole industry. Also internally you will learn different technics as the project varies soon (half year or one year).

Cons

It is just so so to me, not so attractive any more. The office in Singapore does not grows well as the project is not quite interesting and also it is not easy to get promoted. Usually it takes 5~6 year to get to next level which does not motivates the employee much.

Pros

Accommodates individual lifestyles Never fires top level staff - lateral transfers instead. Can bring dogs to work. Gym on premises at headquarters. Flexible work hours including working at home.

Cons

Top heavy. Never fires top level staff - lateral transfers instead. Can bring dogs to work. Innovation rare, mostly advances by acquisition. Information not shared down the ranks. Layoffs timed to quarterly earnings and share prices
