Pros

Autodesk has a lot of different things they do and they are aggressive in delivery. So it often feels like working for a startup while at the same time working in a nice safe environment. Also the work is challenging and there just aren't that many companies that do cool graphics!

Cons

Unfortunately the politics in upper management are quite bad. That said, overall everyone is treated very well.

Pros

Great products Wide coverage of customer topics Great people Good packages

Cons

Management is disconnected from reality and from customers Hard management policy for the last 3 years - no more a social company Your personal life depend of your direct and higher manager not really of your achievement Lack of investment in resources and as a result a crazy pressure with no solution from the mgt (8 years fulfilling my main role and an acting one on top of it).
