Good employee company, lots of politics

Pros

Good benefits and very flexible (many work from home). Compensation is competitive. Steady place to work for an extended time - many employees have been there 5- 10 years.

Cons

More big company politics than you would expect for a company of this size. Highly relationship based structure and indirect communication culture. Training and advancement is driven by the individual with less upper management assistance than I've had in the past.

Pros

People are smart, travelling WW is very common and one of the best reason to stay. Lots of benefits. Brand very strong in the market, already present wherever.

Cons

Rules changes for commission plan. Customer change always. The strategy is always related to the quarter end. The life in a local office is very hard, if you don't stay in Focus Countries. I have so many more :-(
