Great people, cool environment, cool products, and so much going on that it's great to be a part of. Lots of opportunity to contribute. The flexibility to work remotely is fantastic too.

Cons

Too much work seems to be in silos. Duplicated efforts in various parts of the company leads to redundancy of effort and confusion sometimes.

Dynamic forward looking company making software tools for the future. Coworkers are the smartest people I've ever worked with and are passionate about our mission.

Cons

Large corporation that grows primarily by acquisition. This and due to making a wide range of products tends to create cultural silos in the company.
