Was a good friendly company for years. Only warm memories. Good and kind people.

Not highest salaries. A good number of conservative people preventing others from applying cutting edge technologies and practices

Wonderful mission statement and culture. Generally casual and approachable team members. Always on cutting edge of technology and UI and UX as leader in CAD space. Easy access locations, plenty of secure parking. Good benefits and new hire onboarding process.

Cons

Not much team building and recognition in certain divisions. Many contractors come and go and company does have a history of group layoffs in times of plenty and lean. Team felt a bit insecure.
