Pros

Very flexible and employee friendly. HR policies are all employee friendly. Ranked 54th among the best places to work in the world. Good remuneration and benefits.

Cons

Sudden changes in tools being used, but if you are willing to learn new stuffs, then it won't be a problem.

Pros

It's a good place to get started with your career, since it does offer pretty good benefits and perks. There are opportunities to self learn and build on your skills set. It's one of those companies that you can stay for a long time and know what is going to happening a couple years down the road.

Cons

Alot of middle management thinking, alot of legacy processes. If you can work between these, you'll have an effective team.
