Progressive and employee-friendly. Its hard to make a big ship change direction, but Autodesk's senior management does a good job at keeping Autodesk relevant.

Great atmosphere, brilliant colleagues, room for growth, involved management, open communication... Just a fun place to work and grow a career.

Cons

Occasional long hours. Some siloing between departments. Nothing out of the ordinary for a company of this size.
