Great mission, good work-life balance, decent perks. Parts of the company are involved in truly innovative technology. Friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Experiences vary from group to group, but generally bloated management level with poor communication. Too many bad decisions affected by politics and lack of realistic planning. Ahead of the curve in some ways, but behind the times when it comes to the technical expertise necessary for work that is increasingly in the cloud. Limited vacation time.

Old boys club - leadership has entitlement issues and uses scare tactics. Lack of opportunity for advancement.
