Pros

Flexible work timings, work from home, compensation is good, time off policy is the best if one is ready to work hard.

Cons

Growth prospects are limited if in a global role but not based in one of the main offices like San Francisco or Singapore. HR policies are'nt well defined for global roles and options to move office are not available. Hikes in India wont even cover inflation.

Smart, dedicated and hard working people make this a great place to work. The company encourages people to move into different roles and take your career in many directions.

Cons

Decisions are made by consensus and this can slow or halt progress at times. Being agile and quick is often challenging.

- Managers have no competency whatsoever and they are managers because of years they worked in Autodesk. - HR is definitely one sided people - managers.. so unreal how bad it gets. - Some people are just rude, demanding, crazy boss - wish I can name them - They have small ALL the time so, it doesn't hit the market and lower the stock value - deceiving
