Executive management appear to be mis-aligned, very difficult to get projects approved or financed, constant change is more like constant swirl.

Company wide: -work/life balance -competitive pay -intelligent people -exciting space and business model transition

Cons

Mostly FP&A, but not limited to it... -inexperienced management (many are green) -incompetence (many without finance background and poor systems knowledge) -environment not conducive to growth -very high turnover -condescending attitude -too many useless finance directors

Great environment and company hampered by office politics and hiring practices

Pros

Work on widely used products with experienced staff. Great place to learn and improve exiting skills. Work life balance is great with remuneration offered being very competitive. Experience industry leading practices.

Cons

It can get very political as majority of staff are from a particular country. Hiring practices are very biased, with preference given to friends via referral from their home country while local applicants are ignored. Staff are friendly but very political with preference of their own nationality.
