Pros
There are pockets of innovation and the company is financially well to be able to afford investment in trying new things (like 3D printing/manufacturing and design). Because of the dominance of the products used in the industry, you are able to meet many cool people in the industry and see the projects they work on, which are sometimes setting the benchmark in what they do. Overall very exciting stuff!
Cons
Way too much emphasis on MBAs and management type idiots who have no clue about the actual workings of the industry, and the majority have no personal attachment or interest in computers, software or computer graphics (they have not used any of the internally developed products and cannot differentiate theirs from the competition). These people are sapping the life-force of the company, from the people who can actually contribute to the health of it. Sad, but true. Autodesk has an incredible legacy, and honorable roots... once upon a time.
