Beware of middle management

Pros

Talented and passionate colleagues. Great communication from the CEO on the direction of the company. Benefits are very good, and salaries are good.

Cons

Middle management can be suffocating. They work hard to get to that level but don't trust that anyone below can do as good of a job as they did. As a result, managers get caught up in the smallest details which demotivates people. Communication between teams is non existent. It's not a great environment right now, and people are leaving on a regular basis for other opportunties.

Good Policy, Work life balance is great. there would be deadline with short release cycle but not to worry. Work is pretty simple as you will always find some patterns in other solution available.

Cons

there are small team so career growth is slow in ladder. sudden changes in name of re-org doesn't justify. few office are small so don't have facility like other similar big companies.
