I worked in the Media and Entertainment division, in Montreal. Overall, it's a ell managed company with good work life balance, interesting products, good benefits and compensation.

Cons

Change is a constant. To work there, you have to get used to changing bosses fairly frequently.

- very flexible work arrangements - amazing customers - great technology - lots of interesting places to move to in the company if you are driven to get them.

Cons

- the entertainment division is rife with politics at the top levels. - Many dubious decisions based more on personal agendas then what's best for products or customers - the general feeling for many employees in the montreal office is that its a toxic environment.
