      Pros

      wicked parties. Travelling to various conferences was a great time. Rewarding work and felt valued by all levels of staff.

      Cons

      it is difficult to think of many cons. Perhaps the downtown location is offputting for some but with all the transportation options it's easier than driving on the highway to mississuaga or something.

      Overworked with unpaid OT hours, no career progression

      Pros

      The initial pay package isn't too bad, just only that you will be stuck very much to that amount as there isn't much bonus or increments to expect in the next years due to the management's cost cutting.

      Cons

      The management lacked transparency, covered up lots of information, did not honestly communicate to people on the floor. For every end of quarter, staff were required to work plenty of unpaid overtime hours, sometimes on weekends as well. No compensation was given for unpaid OT whatsoever, and while we needed to meet the quota for productivity, we were piled on with volunteer projects which we needed to work on after work hours.

      Innovative company focused on building a better world. People are treated with respect and rewarded for performance.

      Cons

      The transition from a desktop software company to a service based company is going to be difficult. What built Autodesk of the past is not the solution for the future.
