      Pros

      Good people and great offices. Systems in place to support functions. There is a pretty good stock purchase plan for employees. Also, they have a pretty competitive benefits package. Also, espresso machine on every floor.

      Cons

      Long hours, global schedule, so you may have to join done really early our really late calls. If you have to commute to the HQ, it can be a challenge.

      Pros

      Compelling technology and interesting customers solving real world problems that are truly motivational; plus the current transition to cloud-based solutions and subscription licensing is an interesting business challenge

      Cons

      Hard to connect the dots in such a "matrixed" organization for a great customer experience; organizing by industry perspective can make it seem like at least 3 or 4 different companies instead of 1
