      Pros

      There's a lot of energy in the C-level around our products and direction. Really exciting long term strategy and growth potential.

      Cons

      I don't think they'll ever reach the long term potential because middle management seems to be really incompetent. Most of the managers and individual contributors seem most skilled at keeping their job rather than moving the needle and making significant change to drive those long term strategies set by executives.

      Pros

      I am a fairly new employee but so far it has been a great experience. The benefits are very good, the people are really nice, I have a great manager, and interesting work projects.

      Cons

      Honestly, none so far. I have worked at a couple companies before with some significant cons, so I can tell the difference! This company has many of the same challenges as everywhere else, but it seems to be handling it much better than every other place I have worked before.

      Pros

      The larger corporate structure at Autodesk is pursuing high-value long term goals and working to open up silos and equip employees for years of future success. The work we are doing is cutting edge and highly experimental and challenging. We work with an amazing team of really smart people doing work we love.

      Cons

      The larger corporate structure can sometimes feel unwieldy and difficult to navigate. Sometimes decisions seem arbitrary and understanding what is going on can come at a premium.
